Subscription & Service Refunds

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible paid plans or services. If you are unsatisfied with the service within 7 days of your initial payment, you may request a full refund 

Eligibility:

  • The service must not have been extensively used (e.g., more than one consultation or custom patient data analysis or AI-generated health reports
  • The refund request must be submitted in writing to our support team at support@novestrahealth.info, including your account details and reason for the request.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the initial payment date are not eligible.


Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed doctor consultations
  • Custom patient data analysis or AI-generated health reports
  • Subscription renewals after the refund period
  • Setup or onboarding fees (if applicable)

Cancelled Online Appointments

  • 24+ hours in advance: Eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling
  • Less than 24 hours / missed appointments: Non-refundable

Technical Issues

If you experience system issues (e.g., platform errors, service access problems), please notify support@novestrahealth.info within 48 hours. We will investigate and offer a resolution, which may include a refund or service credit if appropriate.


Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

b. Payments are securely processed by trusted third-party gateways. Novestra Health does not store your complete payment details.

c. Subscription fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during sign-up. You can cancel recurring billing as per the instructions in your account settings.
